hh gregg WASHING MACHINE - whirpool washer

have service agreement, when I called for service I was told they would need to hear the noise the machine was making. It doesn't happen all the time. I was told to record the noise. Do no buy warranteck coverage. I HAVE A THREE YEAR POLICY ON MY WHIRPOOL WASHER AND DRYER. I want my money back.
