HHGregg Gas Range never works - Kitchenaid Gas Randel

After paying for a five year protection plan and having the gas range repaired over four times in the last four months, replacing everything from the ignition switch to the mother board, the range still does not work. Continued calls to the my protection plan 360 is received with "we'll send someone out to repair the problem". What happened to replacing the range after three unsuccessful repairs as promised by HHGregg ? Oh wait, they went out of business and I'm stuck with a lemon!!
