HP laptop with 4 year Premiun withplus ADH - HP 17.3" Laptop
After FOUR Months nothing was done they used the excuse of Windows eight.
The basal is still broken the software restore to factory defaults did not fix it or the mouse pad.
I had no hope in it fixing the basal or the mouse pad that had stopped working before install of windows eight.
No one would listen to me about the problem they had it for four months and did not fix anything just give me a hard time!
HH Gregg store told me they would take care of it a total of four times that I went to store, but they were no help.
Their extended PSP plus ADH is no very good. The company they sent it to for repair did not even know it was covered on this plan and did not care.
They called me twice and wanted me to pay them money before they would do the work.
I would recommend people look elsewhere for products that they want warranted.
