We had no problems getting our toshiba 72 television repaired under the 5 year extended protection policy we had purchased out until three weeks before the policy expired and our televison developed another problem with the color wheel. Then at that time we kept getting the run around from the warranty company. In the end we wrote a letter to the CEO of HHGREGG and very soon after that the warranty company took care of our problem.
