Samsung top loader washer - Samsung Top load Washer; Samsung Galaxy 2 10.1" Tab; Hoover upright Steam Vac; Droid Razor

I bought a Samsung top load washer from Sears last year which I was told it was under manufactur warranty for 10 years and it is already messing up constantly stopping and beeping giving me error codes and has rust where the bleach goes when I called Samsung they told me there is a recall on my washer and will fix that but will not fix the other problem because it is out of warranty they only cover for 1 year and I have had it for 1 1/2 year I am so irrate I would under stand if I have had the washer longer.
