Hhgregg 2sofa purchased and bad customer service
My wife and I purchased 2 sofas in which a ms angel m. Checked the inventory and told us the sectional was showing 8 in stock and on the 2nd sofa was back ordered so we set a delivery on the 1st for that following Saturday . 1week. We get the delivery confirmation call from them Friday . On Saturday no call no show ! I call the store and was told they have none in stock and the sofa was discontinued. So we purchased the demo as opened box. We were told they would call us when the other was in stock. Weeks go by and no call ! I call the store and was told the sofas were in stock. Why didn't the store call us and we paid for it? So we set up the delivery for Saturday, we get the confirmation call on Thursday I removed my old sofa and wait all day Saturday...by 5:20pm I called the warehouse and was transferred to the store where we purchased the items and was told there was some sort of money issue in the system which was an error on they behalf. At what time and date were you going to notify me the customer whom already paid for the items? Please stay away from this store location! Bad business and customer service. My wife and I should have walked out when we saw an angry customer on that day trying to resolve his issues with them.
