  • Never refunded me

    HHgreg was to deliver a new fridge and after waiting the whole day and no delivery, they called and said they cannot make it today that they will be delivering the fridge tomorrow. I called to complain that I took off work and now have to take off tomorrow to wait for the delivery, HHgregg offered me an 80.00 refund which I accepted. It has been 2 weeks and no refund so I called the 800 number and they said sorry but they don't give refunds after the item is delivered...WHAT! So I got screwed of course. Never will I buy anything else from HHGREGG! More...

  • HHGregg.com- 7" 4GB Proscan Tablet

    I have written Numerous times to this site. I work 7days a week, I help out with my family and have a paraplegic boyfriend and I rarely get time for myself, which means I wouldn't have time to call and sit on hold for so long. I called about 2-3 times and been on hold for almost 20-30min each time. I got through on two of them and got disconnected some how. So I have been trying yet again to e-mail this company.   • Refund screw up

    Purchased a refrigerator from HHGregg in Februay 2010. Got the call bright and early the next day, which was delivery day that they would be at my house between 5 pm and 8 pm. They actually showed up at 9:50 pm. I had made numerous calls to find out where they were and was told we were the next delivery every time. (HHGregg does not have their own delivery people. They hire this out to independent contractors. My fridge was delivered in Hertz rental truck.) Also, complained to my sales person about how late the delivery was.   • Toshiba DLP Projection TV a Lemon?

    We purchased a 56" Toshiba DLP Projection TV from HH Gregg on June 27, 2006. By August 2007 we had to have the lamp repared. Again Jan. 2009. The repair company they use us Norman Electronics. Both times we have had difficulty getting the service call. On Jan. 8, 2009 the lamp went bad in the TV and we went directly down to HH Gregg to set up the service call and to buy a 22" flat panel Sharp TV to tide us over.   • Poor Customer Service

    After Christmas, I purchased a TV and Blu Ray player from HH Gregg. Paid >$2500. After 13 days, the Blu Ray player died. When I called the store I was able to speak to the GM Dan Miller (He said he was the GM and top guy). I inquired into getting a replacement. He stated no problem, but it would be at least 3 weeks before he got more stock of the particular model player. He was not confident in the 3+ weeks.
