    My wife and I purchased 2 sofas in which a ms angel m. Checked the inventory and told us the sectional was showing 8 in stock and on the 2nd sofa was back ordered so we set a delivery on the 1st for that following Saturday . 1week.     I have been trying to get my oven fixed since 11-10-16. Third party company told me Warrentech doesn't know what there doing I don't have an appointment. Then he gives me an appointment and doesn't show up stating parts aren't in. Called Warrentech, parts have been there. Third party representative was rude and called me out my name.     I purchased a samsung washer and dryer on Feb 17, 2013 and have had sporatic problems since the purchase. The washer doesn't get the clothes clean. When I called to inquire why the water wasn't filling above the clothes I was told it was for high efficiency. I use the h/e detergent as well.     i purchased an LG French Door Refrigerator on 1/25/2014 the ice maker stopped working 18 months later.     hhgregg is unfair and nothing more than a scam. It has no real service department and refuses to pick up and replace a Maytag microwave that after one day began emitting a burning smell along with a very loud noise.They insist on sending Maytag out which will take two weeks from my original delivery date to check to see if they can order parts and fix rather than sending someone out from hhgregg to give me a working microwave.     This company has given me the "run around" for two years on a washer and dryer that NEVER operated correctly. The first two year warranty was a manufacturer warranty.     We purchased the furniture and left the tags on them. We did this because we wanted to be sure we were keeping it. When we went to take them off, we read them. It said, WARNING! FLAMMABLE!     Have have been a credit customer for two years, with excellent credit rating. I recently purchased two TV's and added them to my current credit account.
