    I purchased a samsung washer and dryer on Feb 17, 2013 and have had sporatic problems since the purchase. The washer doesn't get the clothes clean. When I called to inquire why the water wasn't filling above the clothes I was told it was for high efficiency. I use the h/e detergent as well.   • Service Plan is a scam

    i purchased an LG French Door Refrigerator on 1/25/2014 the ice maker stopped working 18 months later. Called the number listed for the Premium Service Plan, was told it would take 2 days for them to locate a service person. Two days later I have not heard from them.     We bought the Samsung Washer and Dryer and five warranty services. We had to call them four different times and each time he would tell us we needed to fix something that was not under warranty but the problem presistant.     Have Called Samsung numerous times. Talked to two different managers..Samsung says one thing and managers say another. Now trying to deal with cooperate.     hhgregg is unfair and nothing more than a scam. It has no real service department and refuses to pick up and replace a Maytag microwave that after one day began emitting a burning smell along with a very loud noise.They insist on sending Maytag out which will take two weeks from my original delivery date to check to see if they can order parts and fix rather than sending someone out from hhgregg to give me a working microwave.     I purchased a TV online as a birthday gift for my mother (free shipping and no tax so it was a great deal), but the savings was not worth the hassle since.     In April 2013 I purchased a LG Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator and Dishwasher from HH Gregg. I also bought their 5 year Premium Service Plan for each appliance.     I purchase a 5 years plan for my Samsung refrigerator and it's making noise, sometimes loud. The noise comes and goes and not constantly but it's loud.     Hello, We bought six LG appliances from HHGregg. When they delivered the fridge they had to take the handles off to get in the door, but only removed two of the three.     Bought and paid for a W & D about $1500.00. Took time off work to wait in my 3 hour window. They came, delivered the products. The dryer door was supposed to be hinged on the Left.     This company has given me the "run around" for two years on a washer and dryer that NEVER operated correctly. The first two year warranty was a manufacturer warranty. Seven technicians have been to my home to "fix" the problem, but the last technician says the whole unit has to be rebuilt.     I purchased an LG Dryer with a 5 year extended warranty. I called for service and two days later a service company called for the repair.   • Improper installation

    Bought Samsung 65 inch TV and had hhgregg delivered and installed the tv. Now, I am unable to get the pedestal off of TV because of hhgregg messing up the install.     We purchased the furniture and left the tags on them. We did this because we wanted to be sure we were keeping it. When we went to take them off, we read them. It said, WARNING! FLAMMABLE!   • TV Delivery and Setup/Removal of old TV and Stand

    Last Friday we purchased a new LED TV and stand from HH Gregg in Indianapolis, IN. The salesperson advised us that we could not have it delivered for set up until today 2/5/14. The salesperson was suppose to have the old TV and stand picked up at the time of the new deliery and installation. On their website they clearly indicate a 30 return policy with a few exceptions but their receipts state 14 days. 14 days is not mentioned anywhere on the website for any product. The 14 days is on a stock receipt so it applies to any and all item. So which is true.....14 days. Whey do they leave 30 on the website if it is not their intent to deceive ?

Statistics show that with a 30 day return policy, about 70% of returns come between day 15 and 25. Once must assume. they use this dishonest method to deceive customers. They are not members of the BBB so the only avenue to call them on this dishonesty is to file suit and they know most people won't

Do not expect them to respond to emails as it is my experience that they simply do not. If you try to call their customer service number, it has a panned response that says the number is receiving a high volume of calls (no matter the time of day) and the wait is 10 minutes. This is not true either as I have waited over an hour without anyone answering the line.

This company was once reputable but no longer. Stay away.

• This is absolutely, positively, the WORST business I have ever had the displeasure to work with. I purchased a TV in Nov. of 2013, then, in Dec. of 2014, 5 weeks after the manufacturer’s warranty expired, TV died. I wasn’t concerned since I bought the extended warranty. As it turned out, after a month in the repair shop, it was decided that the cost to repair the TV was more than it was worth, so they decided to buy it out from me at a depreciated value, and give me a store credit to Hhgregg. So in effect, the extended warranty did not do as the as the salesman promised. I’m out a TV, with a fraction of the cost reimbursed to me at a store that I will never do business again, and the money spent on the TV was wasted since it could only be applied to my original purchase. It was in effect for only 5 weeks, and seeing how they handle customer relations, there is no way I will ever do business with Hhgregg again.

I'm still paying on a computer that I have was supposed to be paid off in three months. every time I make a payment it seem my bill would go up. they said that there system works differently then others store. when you finance with them it is crazy high do not do business with these people. please killing me with these payments. I never missed a payment and on time. I got the floor model on the floor not really new. and was supposed to be 993 . but with the tax it came to 1100.69.
but if I payed it off in three months it I would only pay the 993 and every time I payed, I payed over and my bill never went down. I went down there and they said that they would have to e-mail the store manager. and that they would get back with me. they never did. my bill was going up and not down. and still waiting. please people if you want to save money go some place else don't wait your time here.

We purchased a Samsung washer and dryer with a warranty. Our washer stopped working four days ago and we called the service center for repair. We live in a major metropolitan area of the country and they are unable to locate any repairman to service our washer. This means to me that I bouight a five year service policy which is not serviced in my area and thus was worthless from the very begining and should never have been sold to us. I am very unhappy with this company and will never deal with them in the future. Word to the wise, do not purchase service agreements with hhgreg!

reminding him of his offer to match the sale price he said that he could not.
So I made the purchase and the real problems started. told the salesman that we had
a large builtin subzero that had to be removed. He said that it would take 2 delivery
crews and he would have to charge 240.00. On the day of delivery only 1 crew showed up. They took one look at the old fridge and got in the truck and left. I called the store
and of course the salesman was not there. I talked with the manager who told me it
was a problem with their delivery people. He said he wouldcall back. After 1 1/2 hours
I called him back and he told me that he was still on hold with his delivery people.
I got the phone number of the delivery people and called them. About an hour later the truck and 2 delivery people came back. They removed the old unit and got it out of the
house . At this point another truck with 2 more people showed up. The old fridge was
out of the house and the new one was in but not hooked up. At that point the first crew
left and the 2nd crew hookup the water and power. HH GREG charged me 240.00 for
this. If this is a "FAMILY" company they should get their act together.

I purchased a GE dishwasher from hhgregg just over a year ago. after about 4 months it stopped draining water so I called for a service call. When the service was scheduled the guy called me and said he was in the neighborhood and should be there in 30 minutes. He never showed, That was a half a day off work. The following week we got it rescheduled, the guy came out and said he had to kill the power to the dishwasher, so he killed the power to the whole house. He could not figure out how to turn it back on, so we had to call an electrician to turn it on. $150.00 and another half a day off work. Another service technician finally came out and got the dishwasher to work, another half a day off work. about 3 or 4 months later the dishwasher stopped pumping the water out again. A service technician came out and said he had to order a part, another half day off work. The technician got the part and fixed the dishwasher, another half day off work. About a week before Thanksgiving, the dishwasher stopped pumping water out and hhgregg was called. They informed us that GE was now responsible for the repair of the dishwasher. The GE technician was contacted and a service call was schedule for the day before thanksgiving, another half day off work. The technician called the house 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival time and stated that he had priority calls and was not going to respond. We have informed GE and hhgregg that they now need to either replace the dishwasher or refund our money. They have refused to do either and said they had to send another technician to see what the problem was. With all the time taken off from work and pay lost we could have bought another dishwasher. I informed hhgregg that I would picket their store until they replaced the dishwasher, they said go ahead. Last Sunday i spent 4 hours outside the Mall of Georgia Store with a sign that read, " I was ripped off by hhgregg". I intend to be back this weekend with the same sign.

I bought the Mitsubishi 65 inch DLP from HHGREG in 2007. I thought this would be a very nice tv for my family room. The first tv they delivered in the box did not work so they returned it to the store and brought a diferent one out. That shoulda been my red flag. 3 days later they brought different tv out. Less than a year I replaced the bulb. HHgreg sent a company out to add a air flow sensor out for the defective tv. Since then I replaced the bulb 6 times. THIS BRAND TV SUCKS!!!

Why are half of the comments sponsored by Best Buy? seems they are putting negative comments to bad mouth hhgregg, Best buy is the worst about ripping ppl off. like 20% restock fee what a joke and at least the ppl at hhgregg know what they are talking about not some punk kid talking out of his butt!!!

I have the most horrified expirience shopping at HHGreg. I could write book about it. To make it short just a one exmaple: I have to exchange my oven and they mistakenly charged me extra $199 for Extended Warranty plan (PSP). When I asked to put credit back on my HHGreg card, they told that they can do it only when oven arrives and they get invoice. After my oven has been delivered I called manager to ask to out credit $199 on HHgreg card. Manager was vey bisy talking to me. Then girl called e and told me that since they did not have an information on my HHGreg card she issued check and I will recieve my money back in a 10 business days. I do not knwo whether I get my check back or not yet. This is only one small example.
I would recommend no one no one shop at HHgreg. There are a lot of other places which do much better job.

Warning. Was scammed at hhgregg store by employee. I entered the store after reading that they had 24 month interest free financing on purchases over 397. After talking to the sale person I was informed to get the 24 months on tv's you had to spend 999 or more. So I did. Then I get a my statement from the CC company and they say 24 months on all purchases 397 or more. Long story short I call the hhgregg store where i purchased the products and that is correct 397 or more on ALL STORE ITEMS. I am returning both tv's tomorrow because they only wanted to give 50 dollars of my 1500 dollar bill for their employees mistake. Employees work of commision so it doesn't surprise me some will tell customers different things to get more money in their pockets. Please watch if using there financing.

I personally went in to try and purchase a washer and dryer. After telling me they would be able to have the pair delivered to me the next day, I filled out a finance form to purchase the product. They then informed me that they do not know when they would be able to deliver the products. No estimate whatsoever. They then completed a credit card in my name WITHOUT my permission. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and filled fraud on my credit. I cannot believe that they would do this. They wouldn't even give me my personal information back. I suggest no one go to this store! They have caused me such a hassle...‎
