hhgregg customer service terrible from store manager apparantly right thru management - lg fridge

I bought a fridge that did not work and on day two when all was defrosted from freezer I called store and they said they would repair. I said absolutely not,I didn't pay for refurbished, open box fridge but a brand new one ,I want it replaced. 3 1/2 hrs later... More...
